🌿 Fresh basil

Toast one side of your bagel under the grill.

Spoon heated baked beans onto the un-toasted side of the bagel then add your cheese 🧀.

Slice up a Peperami mini and add as a topping.

Place the bagel back under the grill until the cheese has melted. 🙌🏼

•Red Onion
•Tomatoes
•Cucumber

•40g @eatlean Grated #ProteinCheese
•Smokey BBQ Sauce
•@jacks_meat shack seasonings 'Outlaw' Seasoning
•Flatbread
•Paprika
•Garlic Salt
•Salt & Pepper

Method
1️⃣Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Season your chicken breast 🍗 well with Jacks Meat Shack Seasonings 'Outlaw and wrap in tin foil. Alternatively you could use the veg stock, cube onion Granules, garlic 🧄, Paprika 🌶 , turmeric, black pepper and oregano 🌿.

2️⃣Peel and slice 3 large red potatoes 🥔 and part boil for around 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and season well with snoked Paprika 🌶 , garlic salt, sea salt and black pepper.

3️⃣Spray an oven tray with @frylighthq and add the potato slices. Cook for 20 minutes. at 200 degrees. Add the chicken breast to the oven, setting your timer for 25 mins.

4️⃣Once you are ready to compile your flatbread, add 20g of Eatlean cheese 🧀 to the base and then top with fried bacon 🥓 , chicken 🍗 and more 20g more of cheese 🧀 . Bake in the oven for around 5 minutes.

QUESTION: Homemade pizza or takeaway ??

For us, homemade comes out on top every time! Especially when it’s a reduced calorie pizza using @eatlean #proteincheese 🧀🍕🧀🍕🧀🍕

@rachael_palmer_ inspired tonight with her version of a formation pizza:

1️⃣Mix together 125g plain flour with 1 tsp baking powder (or use self raising flour), 1 tsp each of garlic salt 🧄 and onion powder 🧅 , 95g fat free Greek yoghurt (or you can use cottage cheese) and 40g egg whites 🥚.

2️⃣Mix together in a bowl then lightly flour your worktop and knead slightly before shaping.

3️⃣Top with your fav toppings and Eatlean protein cheese 🧀 and cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Voila!

Ingredients
• Penne Pasta
• MuscleFood @musclefooduk
• Lean Free Range Beef Meatballs
• Pasatta
• Onion Granules
• Smoked Paprika
• Chilli Powder
• Worcestershire Sauce
• Mixed Herbs
• Garlic
• Beef Stock
• 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
• @Eatlean SMOKED #PROTEINCHEESE 🧀
• Salt and Pepper

Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bring a large pan of water to the boil.

Spray a frying pan with Frylight and add the Meatballs, cook on a low to medium heat. Add pasta to the boiling water pan.

To a seperate pan add a carton of pasatta, 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp Onion Granules, 3 tsp Very Lazy Garlic, 1 Tsp mixed herbs and a good splash of Worcestershire sauce. Add 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce and a Beef Stock cube.

Transfer pasta over to an oven proof diah and stir in the pasatta sauce mix.

Finally, and most importantly, add the Smoked low fat protein cheese and cooked meatballs then place in the oven until the cheese has melted for 20 minutes.

Cheesy nachos are a firm favourite with our Eatleaners at the moment! 🥔🧀🥔🧀🥔🧀 Slimming World cheese fanatic @donna_tackles_slimmingworld knows how to turn a usually high fat meal into a low fat delicious fakeaway 🙌🏼

Using a @jdseasonings seasoning mix 🌶 and @eatlean low fat #proteincheese 🧀 to produce these fine dishes! 👏🏼

1️⃣ In a frying pan add chopped mixed peppers and an onion cooking for a few mins till soft then add 500g of mince.

2️⃣ When this is browned add a pot of Chilli Con Carne, 400g chopped toms , 4 cloves garlic 3 tbsp tomato purée, 400ml beef stock, stir and put the lid on to simmer down for 25 mins.

3️⃣ Add a tin of drained kidney beans and simmer down for a further 20 mins.

4️⃣ Whilst this is cooking cut potatoes wedges and pop in a mixing bowl.

5️⃣ Spray with frylight and season with JD Seasoning Chips & Wedges. Shake to evenly distributed the seasoning then pop in the actifry for 25 mins.

6️⃣ Pour the mince in a small pie / baking tray and around the sides push the wedges in with 75g spreadable light cheese and 70g @eatlean cheese, chopped coriander then under the grill to brown off for 5 mins.

3 Slices of Wholemeal Kingsmill No Crusts 🍞
2 Pepperoni Slices 🍕

Method ⬇️
Simply heat your hoops on the hob and toast your bread in the toaster.

Compile your stack with Toast, Hoops, Cheese and repeat until the top layer.

Pop two slices of pepperoni on the top and carefully transfer your stack to the grill - this will melt all the cheese and make the pepperoni crispy.

One for the morning....Baked breakfast enchiladas using @eatlean #proteincheese for a lower fat cheese melt! 🙌🧀

Ingredients
2 x ww wrap 🌯
2x linda mccartney red onion and rosemary sausage 🌭
4 bacon medallions 🥓
4 eggs 🥚
mushroom 🍄
baby plum tomato 🍅
spring onion 🧅
pasatta 🍅
70g Eatlean grated protein cheese 🧀
Salt and black pepper
frylight
fresh basil 🌿

1️⃣Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

2️⃣Cook linda mccartney sausage in the oven as per the ingredients on the packet.

3️⃣Spray a pan with frylight and add 4 eggs. add in sliced mushroom, sliced tomatoes and sliced spring onion in a seperate pan, fry your bacon medallions with all fat removed.

4️⃣Get your wrap and add the scrambled egg mixture, cooked bacon medallions and sliced sausage.

5️⃣Tuck in the sides of the wrap and roll it up. Spray an oven proof dish with frylight and place your wraps open side down in the oven dish.

6️⃣Top with pasatta and then bake in the oven for around 10 minutes.

Ingredients for 1:
- thin bagel 🥯
- 2 tsp cranberry sauce⠀
- 30g paxo stuffing⠀
- 1/2 tsp onion gravy granules 🧅
- 1/2 tsp turkey gravy granules 🦃
- 10g sliced onion 🧅
- @Eatlean tasty #proteincheese slice 🧀
- 125g turkey mince 🦃
- egg yolk 🍳
- 5g breadcrumbs 🍞
- 1/2tsp dried sage
- 1/2 garlic clove 🧄
- lemon zest 🍋
- salt and pepper

Method ⠀
1. Cut the garlic, grate a lemon, and slice some onion. ⠀
2. Mix the turkey mince, lemon zest, sage, garlic, breadcrumbs and egg yolk with salt and pepper. Then split into 4 equal patties.⠀
3. Put on high heat pan ⠀
4. Boil the kettle and make your stuffing into a patty. And put in oven for about 15mins on 180°c ⠀
5. Make gravy⠀
6. Put a little gravy on the turkey burger then top with cheese.⠀
7. Layer cranberry, stuffing, onions burger and more gravy onto the bagel, put the top on, and boom. ⠀
8. Enjoy

🥄 Small tin of @heinz_uk baked beans
🌿 Fresh basil

Toast one side of your bagel under the grill.

Spoon heated baked beans onto the un-toasted side of the bagel then add your cheese 🧀.

Slice up a Peperami mini and add as a topping.

Place the bagel back under the grill until the cheese has melted. 🙌🏼

•2x MuscleFood Chicken Breast Fillet
•4x MuscleFood Bacon Medallions
•Red Onion
•Tomatoes
•Cucumber
•Mixed Salad
•Rocket
•Red Potatoes
•Frylight
•40g @eatlean Grated #ProteinCheese
•Smokey BBQ Sauce
•@jacks_meat shack seasonings 'Outlaw' Seasoning
•Flatbread
•Paprika
•Garlic Salt
•Salt & Pepper

Method
1️⃣Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Season your chicken breast 🍗 well with Jacks Meat Shack Seasonings 'Outlaw and wrap in tin foil. Alternatively you could use the veg stock, cube onion Granules, garlic 🧄, Paprika 🌶 , turmeric, black pepper and oregano 🌿.

2️⃣Peel and slice 3 large red potatoes 🥔 and part boil for around 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and season well with snoked Paprika 🌶 , garlic salt, sea salt and black pepper.

3️⃣Spray an oven tray with @frylighthq and add the potato slices. Cook for 20 minutes. at 200 degrees. Add the chicken breast to the oven, setting your timer for 25 mins.

4️⃣Once you are ready to compile your flatbread, add 20g of Eatlean cheese 🧀 to the base and then top with fried bacon 🥓 , chicken 🍗 and more 20g more of cheese 🧀 . Bake in the oven for around 5 minutes.
