It doesn't get much better than eggs, cheese and baked beans to start your day. This toast recipe brightened up our day - (the cheesy bean flavour might have had something to do with that!)

    • 2x Slices of Wholemeal Bread
    • 2x Eggs
    • 200g Baked Beans
    • 50g Grated Protein Cheese



    In a pan add the baked beans, and the grated and melt together to heat through.


    Lightly toast your bread and then cut two circle shapes out of the middle


    Add the bread to a baking dish, top the toast with the cheesy beans and then crack an egg into each of the middles.


    Pop into the oven and cook through until the egg whites have set
